I was late getting our boat wrapped and was looking for somewhere to bring it who could help with all of the snow and properly wrap it. I emailed after hours and received a response very quickly. The service manager Shane Paulhus was super helpful and got the boat in quickly. When I arrived I explained I needed to take excellent care of this boat as this boat is what we use to search for and recover missing people in the river. Without hesitation Shane was able to help give us a better deal and took excellent care of us. I never told Shane but Drag The Red runs entirely off donations and fundraising; we are not a funded group. I am beyond grateful for the quick and amazing service but even more for the generosity and care for our boat. Thank you WSL, Thank you Shane!

My experience with WSL salesman Blair F. Left me extremely impressed. He went above and beyond helping me with the sale of my personal off-road vehicle and flawless purchase of one of their products in house. I felt no pressure and he kept me informed during the process. Hands down the best experience purchasing of any of my purchases of this kind.

I brought my bike here for a repair and the bike sat for 3 weeks and had nothing done, when I called in advance to make sure someone had worked on it they confirmed it was looked at but no further info was given. When I arrived to pick up the bike it was in the same place and condition as when I left it. They then attempted to charge me for the "time" spent reading the ecu when i said what exactly am i paying for the service manager immediatly began to back peddle and said no no we arent charging you, seems pretty slimey if you ask me. if you want to waste money, have zero customer service and all around an awful experience this is the place to go. I strongly advise staying the hel* away from this place, bills cycle in stienbach or Westside honda in Selkirk are both far superior options or anywhere else for that matter Edit: I brought my bike from wsl to bills cycle in stienbach and they found and fixed the problem in less time than it took for wsl to even look at my bike even though wsl said they could start 2 days after I dropped it off it took 3 weeks for nothing to be resolved, I highly recommend bills cycle for all your honda repairs! They have excellent service and a extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff! 1110 for bills

Purchased a 2023 Ruckus and paid cash in full and assume this is why the sales rep rushed me out the door, not going over any of the paperwork and not so much as even a follow up phone call. Also, when booking the first oil change I was told I will be waiting over three weeks. Pretty sure it must have been the mechanic I spoke to as he was very rude and ignorant with his words and tone, making me feel belittled and in pure disbelief upon hanging up. Haven’t been able to ride my ruckus for a week as I don’t want to go over the initial 1000 km and risk damaging the motor. Still have to wait another 9 days before dropping it off at which point they said it likely won’t even be ready that day for pick up? Seriously? That busy? Definitely upset over all this. Just because they are the only Honda dealership in Winnipeg or surrounding area I can take my Ruckus to gives them the entitlement to disrespect and mistreat an honest and cash up front customer? Someone help me out here. Update tire somehow came off axel when making a turn resulting in damage to me and ruckus. How ? It’s brand new. Was there not an inspection properly done at dealership prior to releasing it? It’s one thing to be personally disrespected and mistreated by WSL but to me, a line has been crossed here and I want answers. This ain’t right. This nearly cost me my health and well being. All I want is a logical explanation as to why?!? How does the tire fall off a brand new ruckus that I take care of and ride accordingly?

Hit a rock with my boat motor Thursday morning and was lucky to get back on the trailer. Thursday morning, I call Shane the service manager and explain my situation. Shane said bring it down and we will fit it in. Within a few hours of dropping it off, he emails me the quote along with pictures for my insurance claim and gets the parts ordered. With in 24 hours of the accident I have a quote and my claim is approved all due to the exceptional service of WSL Winnipeg. Thanks for getting me in so quick and all the required documents. Cal
